SHIPPING & TURNAROUND

We take great care in designing a unique product just for you. You can check our turnaround and delivery times here

We are more than happy to accept local pick up, located in Toowoomba QLD. Once your order is complete, an email will be sent to discuss a day & time where we aren't running around for school pick up/dropoffs!

Absolutely! We send our keepsakes to a lot of countries around the world, but please note since Brexit we no longer can send to the UK as they have imposed a 20% VAT on the entire price which must be collected and paid for in advance of sending. Similarly the European Union (EU) have imposed the same at 21% since July 1 2021 so we will no longer send to the EU. If the country you wish to send to does not appear in the shipping drop down list please contact us and we can see what we can do to assist. Please allow between 2 - 8 weeks for delivery depending on where going to.

Some countries charge duty on incoming goods over a certain amount (eg in Australia this is $1000). We do mark our parcels as gifts for customs purposes.  They shouldn't incur any customs charges, but we cannot absolutely promise as is out of our control.

PRODUCT CARE

Our Plush Teddies play an important role in your children's lives, so it's no surprise they eventually get a little messy from time to time! We do recommend hand wash or if necessary a gentle machine wash on cold cycle.

Our acrylic (including our acrylic mirror) products are fragile. Please handle them with care. If your product requires hanging, please ensure that it is fastened securely and not within reach of children.

Do not use any cleaning product on the acrylic and only with a micro fiber cloth.

Our acrylic products are generally made for indoor use, so we recommend keeping your item away from direct sunlight.

Part of the beauty of natural wood is that colours and grains may vary and so each piece we create is unique!

To keep your product clean, simply use a dry cloth to wipe away any dust, do not use any cleaning product as this may damage the wood and engraving on your item.

For general hanging, we recommend using command strips. Depending on your product size and weight will depend on how many strips you will need to safely hang the product.

Please ensure you are following the installation and wall care instructions before hanging.

We do not recommend hanging products over beds.
